Our Mindfulness Workshops run once a month, usually on the second Sunday of every month, from 10.30am to 1.30pm, at our consulting rooms in Oriel Lodge. 
 
We are excited to also announce our new Special Workshops, on the first or third Sunday of every month, which are especially designed for your particular needs (e.g. De-stressing for mothers , Regaining focus for the 'busy lifestyle person' , Improved performance for the 'sportsperson' and plenty more). These unique Workshops will start from March, please see below for more information.

Pricing & Payment 

Mindfulness Workshops: £45 (10% group discount available 2ppl.+) 
Early Bird rates: £40 (10% group discount available 3ppl.+) 
Optional Tai Chi class also available: Only £9 extra, One hour extra (10.30am to 2.30pm) 
 
N.B.- All our Mindfulness Workshops include unlimited hot drinks & snacks, & also 3 meditation recordings, so you can maintain your practice at home.
